As a Digital Trading Specialist, you’ll join a team of specialists who believe accountability, agility, and ambition are key to progress. Reporting to a Trading Manager, your responsibilities include:

  1. Executing daily website trading activities under guidance
  2. Managing and analyzing trade reports to meet sales and contribution goals
  3. Using resources to analyze seasonal sales, monitor competitors, and understand customer behavior
  4. Overseeing weekly content updates for campaigns, promotions, and brand partner info
  5. Managing campaign and promotional activities, ensuring timely communication and execution
  6. Collaborating with digital marketing and optimization teams on strategies
  7. Supporting content updates to enhance SEO, engagement, and conversions
  8. Optimizing product content and resolving issues quickly to maximize sales

People Management:

  • Set objectives and development plans for Trading Assistants
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate effectively
  • Contribute to ecommerce strategy and represent the team across the business

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Hybris is essential
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and attention to detail skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Contentsquare, and Excel
  • Experience with ecommerce platforms
  • Self-motivated and proactive
  • Minimum 2 years in a similar digital retail role
