Role Overview:

As a Digital Trading Specialist, you will be part of a team that values accountability, agility, and ambition. You will drive sales, deliver impactful campaigns, and become an expert in trading systems. Reporting to a Trading Manager, you'll execute campaign strategies, analyze business drivers, and collaborate across teams to enhance KPIs.

Responsibilities include:

1. Executing daily website trading activities under guidance.
2. Managing trade reporting and analyzing key business metrics.
3. Monitoring seasonal sales patterns, competitor activity, and customer behavior.
4. Overseeing weekly content updates for campaigns and promotions.
5. Managing campaign timelines and ensuring effective communication of strategies.
6. Supporting SEO, customer engagement, and content improvements.
7. Resolving product content issues to optimize sales.

People Management:

1. Setting objectives and development plans for Trading Assistants.
2. Collaborating with stakeholders and contributing to ecommerce strategy.
3. Representing the Digital Trading Team and ensuring KPI understanding across the business.
