Job summary

Alstom in Derby is seeking a full-time Digital Tender & Project Manager in Digital Services to lead digital tender requirements and to define secure digital solutions across the rail portfolio.

Reporting to the Cybersecurity & Digital Integration Director UKI, you will work with cross-functional teams to ensure project scope, planning, and resources deliver on Quality, Cost, Delivery, and Performance objectives and support customers worldwide.

Qualifications

• Experience leading digital solutions in an operational environment with IT/OT security, project management, and tender execution.
• Strong verbal and written communication to influence stakeholders and explain technical info to non-technical audiences.
• Solid commercial and financial awareness for decision making and cost control.
• Experience with cybersecurity implementation, vulnerability management, and ongoing security controls.

Responsibilities

• Be the key customer PoC on the digital scope and coordinate variation orders.
• Secure project initialization for the Tender Transfer Gate with defined scope and resourcing.
• Manage cross-functional digital activities and ensure QCDP objectives are met.
• Oversee governance, change control, and compliance to contractual and quality requirements.
• Support discussions with licenses providers and third parties on SLAs and support.
