As part of our commitment to growing and developing talent within our workforce, we are offering an exciting opportunity to enrol on a Digital & Technology Solutions degree level apprenticeship, starting September 1st, 2025.

The successful candidate for the Digital & Technology Solutions Apprentice role will join our ICT Team and gain practical work experience by working with experienced professionals to provide frontline ICT support to the organisation, alongside innovative opportunities to develop bespoke in-house solutions using Microsoft 365, PowerApps, and PowerAutomate.

As well as gaining practical work experience, the successful candidate will study to degree level on a Digital and Technology Solutions course at Sheffield Hallam University.

During the apprenticeship, the successful candidate will learn and develop the skills and experience necessary to carry out a range of ICT duties.

In return for this opportunity, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about pursuing a career in ICT. To succeed, you must be customer-focused and want to make a difference by promoting and assisting with ICT innovation, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills and exhibiting behaviours in keeping with our company values. You will also need to prove your commitment to work hard, attend University regularly and meet coursework deadlines required for a Level 6-degree apprenticeship.

The length of the apprenticeship will be 3 years. Minimum qualification requirements for this position are GCSE (or equivalent) mathematics and English language at grade C or grade 4, or above plus 112 UCAS points from at least two A levels, or equivalent BTEC National qualifications, or the completion of a level 3 apprenticeship.
