Digital & Technology Solutions Apprentice - Slhd

Join to apply for the Digital & Technology Solutions Apprentice - Slhd role at St Leger Homes of Doncaster.

St Leger Homes is an award-winning, customer-focused social housing provider managing over 20,000 homes on behalf of Doncaster Council.

Although a permanent job cannot be guaranteed at the end of the apprenticeship, our Career Start Co-ordinators will support the apprentice in applying for permanent positions either at St. Leger Homes or elsewhere.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Providing advice and first-line support regarding desktop and mobile equipment and software.
  2. Assisting with the implementation and maintenance of the organisation's main IT systems.
  3. Supporting ICT projects, including business, systems, and data analysis, system design, report production, training, and 1st line support.
  4. Building and maintaining effective relationships with colleagues, managers, and service providers.
  5. Contributing to value for money and continuous improvement initiatives through suggestions for efficiency savings and service enhancements.
  6. Extracting and collating data from various sources for preliminary analysis.
  7. Researching IT issues.
  8. Supporting team members in delivering IT projects as per service plans.

Training will be provided at the workplace and Sheffield Hallam University.
