Through rotations across the Digital & Technology function, you'll gain experience in different areas, work with a range of teams and build a broad understanding of how digital and technology support our business, operations and customers. Working alongside colleagues across Arriva, you'll contribute to projects that use digital solutions, technology and data to improve operational performance, customer experience and business decision-making. You'll gain an understanding of how technology works in a real operational environment and how digital solutions can make a difference to both our colleagues and customers. Throughout the programme, you'll develop your technical knowledge, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, while gaining insight into how digital and technology can support transformation across a large international organisation. You'll also have opportunities to contribute to initiatives focused on innovation, digital transformation, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making. **Location:** This role can be based at our Sunderland or London office and operates on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days per week in the office. **What We’re Looking For:** We're not expecting you to have all the answers.
