Arriva Rail London Ltd is offering a People Graduate opportunity based in Sunderland or London. The two-year programme exposes you to talent, learning and development, employee engagement, organisational development, and People partnering, with mentoring and senior leader exposure.

You'll join a hybrid role with at least three days in the office each week and the chance to progress toward CIPD qualifications while building practical People partner experience.
