Arriva Limited, a leading passenger transport partner, invites graduates to join the Digital & Technology Graduate Programme. You'll gain exposure to the systems, technologies and digital solutions that help keep Arriva moving, with rotations across the Digital & Technology function and collaboration with diverse teams.

Based in Sunderland or London, the programme is hybrid, with a minimum of three days in the office per week, plus mentoring and structured learning in digital transformation,

You'll gain an understanding of how technology works in a real operational environment and how digital solutions can make a difference to both our colleagues and customers.Throughout the programme, you'll develop your technical knowledge, commercial awareness and problem-solving skills, while gaining insight into how digital and technology can support transformation across a large international organisation.You'll also have opportunities to contribute to initiatives focused on innovation, digital transformation, continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.Location: This role can be based at our Sunderland or London office and operates on a hybrid basis, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.What We’re Looking For:We're not expecting you to have all the answers.
