Job description

PARALLEL is a creatively connected, strategically-driven partner for talent and brands , rooted in entertainment.

Parallel works with talent and brands to create prolific global campaigns, partnerships and experiences.

We work with talent to build strategic, longterm relationships and endorsements in music, fashion, sport and entertainment. For brands we provide pioneering entertainment strategy, culture defined and data informed talent procurement and multi-faceted campaign activation, delivering proven business success. In our experience division we partner brands with critically acclaimed artists and creatives to create immersive spaces and award winning installations, igniting conversation.

We are four years into our journey and we are looking for a dynamic Digital Team Assistant to join our team. This role will sit within PARALLEL’s Digital Innovators division.

Whilst industry experience is not required, we are particularly interested in applicants that have some agency experience in talent, social, influencer marketing or PR and
want to learn and develop within an exciting and fast paced start-up business.

Main Duties
– Scheduling meetings and calls with influencers, brands, and internal teams.
– Calendar management for influencer appearances, shoots, and deadlines.
– Email correspondence and inbox organization.
– Preparing reports (e.g., engagement metrics, campaign status updates).
– Coordinating brand deals: tracking contracts, deliverables, timelines.
– Communicating with influencers about upcoming campaigns, brand expectations, logistics and gifting.
– Onboarding new talent (gathering bios, stats, and content samples).
– Tracking influencer deliverables (e.g., content drafts, posting deadlines).
– Gathering performance data (e.g., impressions, engagement) after campaigns.
– Identifying trends and potential collaborations.
– Monitoring competitor agencies and influencer activity.
– Helping with talent scouting based on engagement, audience, and brand fit.
– Tracking invoices and payments for influencers.
– Helping manage contracts or NDAs in coordination with legal or finance teams.
– Office organisation and management.

Skills and Experience Required

Key Skills
– Genuine interest in culture, trends and creative industries.
– Passion for talent across fashion, film, music, art and technology.
– An interest in how brands and talent interact.
– Knowledge of talent across music, film, art, fashion and culture.
– Strong research and writing skills.
– Great communication and presenting skills and keen eye for detail.
– Understanding of all popular social platforms.
– Strong IT capabilities, with a focus on Keynote, Google Suite, Microsoft Office. Photoshop is a plus.
