  • Complex incidents are prioritised and resolved effectively; service disruption and escalation backlogs are minimised.
  • Lead root cause analysis and deliver permanent resolutions for recurring or systemic issues.

  • Maintain accurate technical documentation, configuration records and operational procedures.
  • Documentation is current, accessible and supports resilient, compliant service delivery.
Security by Design
  • Embed security and compliance requirements into systems, changes and improvement initiatives.
  • Changes are implemented with appropriate security controls and without avoidable control gaps.
  • Monitor, investigate and respond to infrastructure and security alerts; identify vulnerabilities and escalation material risks.
  • Alerts are handled promptly, vulnerabilities are reduced and significant risks are clearly escalated.
Continuous Improvement and Change

  • Measurable service improvements are delivered and manual effort or recurring failure is reduced.
  • Support the planning and delivery of infrastructure, security, upgrade and digital transformation initiatives.
