An established industry player is seeking a data-driven professional to join their Digital Division. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and presenting performance metrics for digital products, ensuring data accuracy, and supporting strategic decisions. You will collaborate with various teams to develop insightful reports and dashboards while providing Tier 3 support for escalated incidents. Responsible for the collection, development, analysis, and presentation of data and performance metrics for digital products and services. Maintains data sources, metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc., to evaluate the performance and growth of digital banking. Develops and maintains shared data sources to ensure consistency, accuracy, and availability of digital banking data across business units. Supports the Digital Division by analyzing data to measure results, provide forecasts, and support strategic decisions. Provides Tier 3 support for escalated incidents and conducts research for documentation requests, including subpoenas.
Education and Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field preferred; certifications in BI tools, SQL, Tableau, etc., are advantageous.
Experience:
1-2 years with BI tools in medium to large companies; 1-3 years designing and maintaining statistical reports; experience with relational databases, data warehouses, SQL, Oracle, Splunk, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics; familiarity with JavaScript, Python, Microsoft BI stack, Tableau, and dashboard design is preferred.
