Our Digital team is the heart of our company!

In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for our fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and internal teams to deliver effective campaigns that bring new clients through their doors.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy and proactivity, supported by Bullet's established systems and industry experts. It is primarily remote, but candidates should be based in the UK to facilitate face-to-face meetings when necessary.

Essential Experience:

• Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)
• Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
• Customizing campaign ideas to client needs
• Professional communication with clients
• Regular client meetings via Zoom
• Building and maintaining client relationships

• Improving systems and adding value beyond ads

Essential Experience:

• Meta Business Manager (2 years)
