Our Digital team is the heart of our company!

In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for our fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and internal teams who care deeply about their campaigns. Your role is to understand their business, get to know their teams, and align with their culture to build, manage, and optimise highly effective paid ad campaigns that attract new clients and help them grow.

While you will have support from Bullet's experienced team, a well-established system, and a clear strategy, this role requires a high degree of autonomy and proactivity. We believe in building long-term partnerships with our clients by pairing them with capable, personable digital marketers who go the extra mile for results.

This is primarily a remote role. You can work from any location in the UK, but occasional face-to-face meetings with clients or team gatherings may be required.

Essential Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)
Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
  • Developing tailored campaign ideas for clients
  • Professional and personable communication with clients
  • Leading regular Zoom calls to support clients and discuss strategies
  • Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Problem-solving and providing effective solutions
  • Following all campaign protocols
  • Looking for system improvements and adding value beyond ads
Additional Essential Experience:
  • Meta Business Manager (2 years)
  • Experience in local online marketing, especially fitness-specific (bonus)
  • Agency experience or direct client management (preferred)
