Our Digital team is the heart of our company!

In this vital role of Digital Specialist at Bullet, you will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns and client relationships to drive strong results for our fitness clients. You will work closely with some of the best fitness studios in the world, collaborating with owners, managers, and their internal teams who care deeply about their campaigns. Your goal is to understand their business, get to know their teams, and align with their culture to build, manage, and optimise effective paid ad campaigns that attract new clients and grow their businesses.

While you will have support from Bullet, including a well-structured system, industry experts, and a strategic framework, this role requires a high level of autonomy and proactivity. We believe in pairing clients with smart, personable, and capable digital marketers who are dedicated to achieving results.

This is primarily a remote role. You can work from any location in the UK, but occasional face-to-face meetings with clients or team members are expected.

Essential Experience:

Minimum 2 years managing paid social/advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok)

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-End Campaign Management (Meta & Google)
  • Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction and service
  • Developing tailored campaign ideas to meet client needs
  • Professional and personable communication with clients
  • Leading regular Zoom calls to support clients, review results, and discuss strategies
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships
  • Problem-solving and providing effective solutions promptly
  • Following all campaign protocols meticulously
  • Looking beyond ads to improve systems and resolve client-side issues, adding value wherever possible
Additional Essential Skills:
  • Meta Business Manager (2 years)
  • Experience in local online marketing, especially in the fitness sector (a bonus)
  • Agency experience or direct client management preferred
