Qualifications

• Experience developing solutions with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric artefacts and Gen1 or Gen2 dataflows.
• Understanding data handling, processing and integration approaches.
• Experience with SQL, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, AI Foundry or Copilot Studio.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management, environments, deployments and governance.
• Ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
• Strong collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering digital solutions across applications, data and integrations.
• Translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Developing solutions using Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Fabric and Azure technologies.
• Taking ownership of solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
• Ensuring solutions are secure, maintainable and standards-compliant.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
• Supporting adoption of digital tools including low-code and automation.
• Identifying and managing risks in solution design and data operations.
• Creating reusable components, integrations and automation where appropriate.
• Training and guiding citizen developers to expand digital capability.
