Job summary

Microsoft is seeking an AI Workforce Digital Solution Specialist to drive opportunities around Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents. You will lead strategic customer conversations and orchestrate complex solution opportunities in collaboration with Microsoft and partner ecosystems.

You will act as a trusted advisor to help customers improve productivity, automate processes, and accelerate AI adoption through low-code/no-code solutions and AI-powered experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in technology-related sales or account management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field with experience in technology-related sales or account management.

• Drive AI Workforce opportunities by understanding customer needs and accelerating adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Agents.
• Engage business decision makers across functions and position AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Partner with internal teams, advisors, resellers, and system integrators to plan, execute, and expand AI Workforce opportunities.
• Lead business and technology conversations, share best practices, and position Microsoft's AI solutions against competitors.
• Develop account plans and manage AI Workforce solution strategy across assigned territories.

• Consultative Selling: Engage business decision makers across functions, understand customer priorities and decision processes, and position AI solutions that deliver measurable business value.
• Collaboration & Scaling: Partner with internal teams, advisors, resellers, and system integrators to plan, execute, and expand AI Workforce opportunities.
• Technical Leadership: Lead business and technology conversations, share best practices, and position Microsoft's AI solutions against competitors.
• Sales Excellence: Develop account plans, identify growth opportunities, and manage AI Workforce solution strategy across assigned territories.

Required Qualifications (RQs)

• Experience in technology-related sales or account management.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across United Kingdom is £ 66,900.00 - £ 98,500.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

Digital Solution Area Specialists IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 62,200.00 - € 92,100.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
