Job summary

PA Consulting seeks Digital Apprentices to develop software skills on real client projects using contemporary coding platforms and tooling, working alongside our top digital talent. You will be coached by experts and gain hands-on experience across the development lifecycle during a 3-year apprenticeship that leads to a L6 degree in Digital & Technology Solutions Professional.

Hybrid working with at least two days in the office per week, and a salary of £30,130, with a start date in September

During your time on the Apprenticeship at PA, you’ll learn much of what it takes to be a top-notch software developer and consultant. You will be enrolled on the L6 Digital Technology Solutions apprenticeship delivered by an exeternal training provider. On successful completion of the 3-year apprenticeship you will gain a L6 Bachelors Degree in Digital & Technology Solutions Professional.

Key Responsibilities

• Working with a team of experienced software developers and consultants to understand client requirements and develop custom software solutions
• Learning and implementing new technologies and software development best practices
• Participating in code reviews and ensure the quality of the code
• Participating in meetings with clients to understand their requirements and provide solutions
• Writing documentation and conduct training sessions to clients
• Continuously improving your skills and knowledge in software development
