XTND is a digital advertising & marketing agency representing some of the most exciting names across electronic music. We collaborate with artists, managers and labels to build long-term audience growth, cultural relevance, and fan-first strategy. We’re now hiring aDigital & Social Marketing Managerto extend our campaign scope and help develop deeper communities for each client.

The Role:

We're looking for a digitally-native, music-obsessed marketer to lead social media execution, community engagement, and content seeding. You'll be at the forefront of how artists connect with audiences online, in real time, and in culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and publish native content across all key platforms
  • Collaborate with creatives, editors, and artists to deliver compelling digital assets
  • Optimise content performance based on insights and trends
  • Launch and nurture fan communities (e.g. Co:Brand, Reddit)
  • Engage with fans across platforms, turning interaction into advocacy
  • Ideate and manage digital activations, livestreams, giveaways, and takeovers
  • Identify and pitch content to relevant 3rd party pages, music curators, and tastemakers
  • Build a network of micro-influencers and digital partners for each campaign
  • Track impact, repost traction, and constantly evolve based on what’s working

Trendwatching & Innovation

  • Be the in-house expert on platform changes, audio trends, meme formats, and fan behaviour
  • Bring proactive ideas that surprise, delight, and generate buzz
  • Support digital rollouts for new releases, tours, and partnerships

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2 - 4 years experience in digital marketing or social media (preferably in music/entertainment)
  • Fluent in TikTok, Instagram and online fan ecosystems
  • Creative thinker with sharp copywriting and fast content instincts
  • Experience with community platforms like Discord or Telegram
  • Comfortable liaising with artists, managers, and creatives
  • Background at a record label, artist management or digital agency
  • Experience running influencer or content seeding campaigns
  • Experience with Co:Brand preferable
