As a Senior Digital Product Owner, this is a unique opportunity to help clients achieve their business goals by delivering innovative digital products that make a real impact.

We’re looking for a collaborative and strategic Senior Digital Product Owner to shape product strategy in close collaboration with our clients, guide the delivery and continuous evolution of meaningful roadmaps and features, and support the growth of a high-performing product team.

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring experience across the full development lifecycle - particularly in mobile - alongside strong stakeholder engagement and team leadership skills.

What a typical week might look like
  • Collaborate with clients to define and create effective product strategies
  • Collaboratively shape and manage the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Prioritise and manage the product backlog to maximise value and impact
  • Leverage performance metrics and real-world user data to inform continuous improvement
  • Lead release planning and support agile delivery through Scrum methodologies
  • Support product team members, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
  • Provide regular progress updates and insights to stakeholders
Supporting Our People
  • Managing and mentoring our Product Graduates and Associate Product Owners
  • Leading Product Community of Practice groups to continuously refine skills
  • Managing and leading our delivery squads as high performing teams, that also allow for their personal development
Partnering with Our Clients
  • Working with our clients to create their digital product strategy and roadmapPrioritising outcomes and initiatives in the roadmap with stakeholders
  • Delivery of a product through Scrum and agile ways of working
  • Supporting the sales process, both early client engagement and ongoing account growth
You’ll be great for this if
  • You have experience delivering complex or large-scale digital products
  • Have a background in mobile and app-based product development
  • Have retail or ecommerce experience
  • Are comfortable collaborating with a range of stakeholders and navigating shifting priorities
  • Can communicate clearly and effectively, adapting style to suit different audiences
  • You value empathy, collaboration, and creating positive team environments
  • Are flexible, open-minded, and able to adapt in fast-changing situations
  • Motivated to deliver high-quality solutions that meet both user and business needs
