Responsibilities:

• Acquire new customers and partners, and retain existing ones
• Communicate with customers via various channels and social media platforms
• Collaborate with Account Managers on lead generation and sales follow-up to up-sell and cross-sell within the cybersecurity portfolio

Other Responsibilities:

• Proactively generate qualified leads to grow your business
• Conduct cold calls to prospects using various communication channels
• Document activities properly, forecast opportunities accurately, and communicate new opportunities
• Collaborate with customer teams on goals, account plans, and retention strategies
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support, help desk, sales, or marketing
• Ideally 6+ months in lead generation and/or cold calling
• Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, IT, or related field (advantageous)
