As our new Digital Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and partners, as well as retaining existing ones. Your role involves communicating with customers through various channels and social media platforms. In collaboration with our Account Managers, you will generate leads and follow up on sales activities to up-sell and cross-sell within our cybersecurity portfolio.

Other responsibilities:

  • Proactively generate new qualified leads to grow your individual book of business
  • Conduct cold calling to prospects using various communication channels
  • Document activities properly, forecast opportunities accurately, and communicate new opportunities effectively
  • Collaborate with customer teams towards common goals, account plans, and retention strategies
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role such as customer support, help desk, sales, or marketing
  • Ideally 6+ months of experience in lead generation and/or cold calling
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, communications, IT, or a related field is advantageous
