Job Description
What the role is all about…
The Digital Release Manager is responsible for supporting and communicating delivery of all of Three's Digital releases within the overall agreed release calendar.
In this role you will be the go-to person for a Digital releases. You will be responsible for ensuring all required stakeholders are aware of release timescales, consistently reporting on overall progress, metrics and key risks and issues.
You will work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders including: Product Owners, Project Managers and Vendors to ensure project deliverables are managed within the appropriate timescales and regular updates communicated. You will ensure all milestones are met and there is awareness of any potential blockers or issues within their given release. Risks and issues must be appropriately mitigated.
The role requires experience in delivering complex solutions/technology using third party vendors and will require problem solving skills to resolve issues that arise throughout the release lifecycle.
The Digital Release Manager will also be expected to perform a full post implementation review with Business, Technology, and vendors for a release after go-live - including making recommendations and action plans for continual Improvement.
Additionally, they will proactively drive a culture of continuous improvement across the team, ensuring new learnings are applied to the way the teamwork, sharing these with other key stakeholders across the business teams and will work with technology and business leaders, and strategic partners on building strong collaborative relationships to ensure effective and efficient.
Please note ,this role may require the successful candidate to support an on-call rota for relevant releases.

At Three we have a hybrid working arrangement in place as standard for office based employees, where employees work from a mix of office based location and working from their home in the UK to carry on their role.
Excluding retail, our core hours at Three are between 10:00 and 16:00, with operating hours between 08:00 & 18:30. This allows employees to have a start time between 08:00 and 10:00 and finish time between 16:00 and 18:30.
