Job summary

Royal London, the UK’s largest mutual life, pensions and investment company, is seeking a Digital Proposition Analyst to shape digital solutions within the Mobile & Digital team. You will work in agile squads to design and deliver digital-first features for our mobile app, collaborating with UX/UI, engineering and product owners.

Based in Alderley Edge with hybrid working, you’ll translate ideas into clear requirements, drive improvements and help maintain competitive digital propositions for

Qualifications

• Experience of digital delivery in an agile environment.
• Experience analysing customer, market or business insight to inform digital product decisions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insight into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of financial services or regulated environments.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, agile environment and manage competing priorities effectively.
• High attention to detail, with a proactive and innovative approach to improving products and customer outcomes.
• Preferred: Mobile app experience.

We’re looking for a Digital Proposition Analyst to join our Mobile & Digital team at Royal London, working as part of agile squads to shape and evolve our digital solutions.

As a Digital Proposition Analyst within our Mobile Squads, you’ll help design and deliver digital-first features for our mobile app.

Working closely with Digital Managers, Digital Product Owners, UX/UI designers, engineers, testers and stakeholders across the business, you’ll play a key role in taking ideas from concept through to release, driving continuous improvement and end-to-end change across our mobile platform. If you’re passionate about digital experience and want to make a real impact on how customers engage with Royal London, this is your opportunity.
