Job summary

Boots is hiring a Digital Services Assistant for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Nottingham. You will join the Digital Services Team to support operational and promotional activities across UK platforms, learning how promotions are planned, set up, tested and published online.

You will gain hands-on experience with digital systems that launch and maintain promotions, work on ad hoc projects, and ensure tasks are tracked, signed off, and communicated to stakeholders to deliver accurate customer

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships quickly within the Digital Services team.
• Be curious, pragmatic, and take ownership of your work.
• Willingness to learn quickly and follow documented SOPs.
• Able to multi-task across teams with accuracy.
• Be highly organised and prioritise value-adding tasks with guidance.
• Excel and MS Office data manipulation skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and publish promotions to required standards.
• Test and sign off promotions before going live.
• Update requesters, trackers and managers on progress.
• Support ad hoc digital projects as needed.
• Work across multiple teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
