Job summary

Boots.com is seeking an eCommerce Trading Assistant to join the Dropship team in Nottingham, supporting day-to-day trading and delivering the dropship plan, product launches, promotions, reporting, and site optimisation.

You will work with internal ecommerce teams and suppliers to get new products live, set up offers on time, and ensure trading activity meets deadlines, contributing to performance across the commerce team.

Qualifications

• Digital experience in an eCommerce role, or a strong active interest in commerce.
• Confident communicating with peers and suppliers; able to balance multiple priorities.
• Willingness to work outside normal office hours when required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the delivery of the dropship plan and helping communicate with existing and new suppliers
• Collating product information for launches and nominations for key events
• Working to critical path deadlines and managing stakeholder interdependencies
• Conducting competitive research and keeping an eye on the market
• Supporting new product setup, including processing new line information in the PIM system and working with the Boots.com product setup team to get NPD live
• Supporting promotional setup in the PMR system and helping ensure offers go live correctly and on time
• Using financial calculations and supporting month-end processes
• Working with other ecommerce teams to secure space on site
• Supporting reporting to track dropship sales and supplier KPIs
• Helping with website optimisation and regularly checking the site
• Managing the change request form process

Welcome to the Boots.com team - an exciting part of Boots UK at the heart of our growth plans. We're looking for an eCommerce Trading Assistant to join the Boots.com Dropship team and support the day-to-day trading activity that helps drive performance across the Commerce team.

This role plays an important part in delivering the dropship plan, supporting product launches, promotional activity, reporting, and website optimisation. You'll work closely with internal ecommerce teams and external suppliers to help ensure products go live correctly, offers are set up on time, and trading activity is delivered against critical deadlines.
