Job summary

Black Sun plc is seeking a proactive Digital Project Manager to drive the delivery of complex website and digital communication projects. You will work closely with design, development and account teams, translating client briefs into actionable plans and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

The role requires strong communication skills, an ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to improving processes and achieving client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 3+ years agency experience in digital marketing and communications.
• Experience managing website projects from inception to delivery.
• Experience interacting with clients at various levels and across functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of projects, schedules and deadlines.
• Participate in discovery and define scope, budget and schedule with senior team.
• Produce and maintain project documentation and status reports.
• Oversee design/content amends and ensure error-free delivery.
• Coordinate suppliers and book resources for upcoming work.
• Ensure work stays within agreed scope and client approvals are obtained.
