Job summary

North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust in Peterborough is seeking a project leader to manage a portfolio of digital transformation initiatives. You will oversee initiation, specification, planning and implementation, driving delivery to time, budget, and scope while realising defined benefits.

Working within the Digital Project Team, you will run day-to-day tasks, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure outcomes align with objectives and benefits realisation.

• Lead the day-to-day management and delivery of a portfolio of digital transformation projects.
• Oversee initiation, specification, planning and implementation of nominated projects.
• Run day-to-day tasks to ensure successful outcomes as defined in the scope and benefits documentation.

Job description

The post holder will lead the day-to-day management and delivery of a portfolio of transformational change projects, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with agreed objectives, resulting in successful outcomes and the realisation of identified benefits.,

• To work as part of the Digital Project Team and be responsible for managing your own Digital projects.
• Be responsible for the initiation, specification, planning and implementation of nominated projects.
• Run the day to day tasks of those projects to provide successful outcomes as defined in the scope and benefits documentation.
  Priority will be given to colleagues identified as at risk through the Trust's redeployment process.
