Job summary

South Norfolk and Broadland Councils are seeking a collaborative Digital Project Manager to lead digital and technology projects across our Evolve Transformation Portfolio.

You will own projects through discovery, procurement, implementation, and handover, coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage budgets and risks, and promote best practice within our project management network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience delivering digital transformation or system implementation projects.
• Ability to apply multiple project delivery methodologies.
• Proven track record turning complex challenges into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

We are seeking a collaborative and delivery focused Digital Project Manager to lead exciting digital and technology projects across our Evolve Transformation Portfolio.

In this varied role, you will take ownership of projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initial discovery and procurement to implementation, evaluation and handover. You will bring people together, establish clear plans and help multidisciplinary teams deliver high-quality outcomes that support our organisational strategies and wider vision.

You will be comfortable managing budgets, resources, risks, issues and competing priorities, whilst building trusted relationships with project sponsors, senior managers, technical specialists, business users and suppliers. You will also promote good project management practice, share lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement across our project management network.

About You

If you have significant experience delivering digital transformation or system implementation projects, can apply a range of project delivery methodologies and enjoy turning complex challenges into practical solutions, we would like to hear from you.
