Job summary

The Fix Creative Ltd in Leatherhead is seeking a Digital Project / Account Manager with 3+ years in a blended PM/AM role. You’ll manage multiple digital campaigns and nurture client relationships, translating briefs for the creative teams and keeping projects on track.

Ideal candidates bring broad digital campaign experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to juggle budgets and timelines. Hybrid work after probation; salary £30–40K depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Around 3+ years’ experience within digital project management, account management or a blended PM/AM role.
• Ideally experience within a digital, creative or integrated agency.
• A good understanding of different digital marketing channels and how they work together.
• Experience working across broad digital campaigns rather than one specific channel.
• Excellent client-facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisation and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Confidence managing client expectations, budgets, timelines and scope.

Responsibilities

• Managing multiple digital projects and campaigns from initial brief through to delivery.
• Acting as a key day-to-day contact and building strong relationships with clients.
• Interpreting briefs and translating feedback into clear briefs for internal teams.
• Creating and managing project plans and identifying milestones.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure on-time delivery.
• Preparing for and participating in client meetings and presentations.
