Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Product Managerto join our team. The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for driving the executionof the digital product roadmaps, delivering an exceptional user experience, and managingthe complete lifecycle for a suite of digital banking products and services.

Digital services include; Online and Mobile Banking, Digital Payments and Deposits, CardManagement, Open/API Banking, User Insights, Messaging and Alerting, and otherrelated digital banking services.

Responsibilities

• Lead the research, analysis, design, development, and growth of new digitalservices, as well as modifications and enhancements to existing services for one ormore digital service.
• Manage business cases, including go-to-market strategy, measure ongoing servicelevels and profitability, and deliver an excellent user experience.
• Create and lead digital product strategy, policies, and procedures in conjunctionwith business partners.
• Drive innovation, product utilization, and product strategy with a passionate and unrelenting approach, optimizing for increased conversion, reduced fraud, andincreased ROI.
• Perform market research to monitor trends and make relevant recommendations toproduct suite and pricing strategy.
• Develop business cases, obtain approvals, monitor results and effectiveness ofservice delivery, and perform ongoing analysis as required.
• Partner with Marketing, Training, and Operations to develop communicationstrategy and implementation to members and employees.
• Ensure products are compliant with applicable banking laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 3-5 years of Banking / Financial Services industry experience is required.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience acceptable.
• 3-5 years of direct experience in financial services product management, includingdigital channels.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and collaborative skills required.
• Understanding of digital payments and deposits preferred.
• Understanding of Open Banking, API integrations, and data sharing regulationspreferred.
