Job summary

Boots UK is seeking a Digital Production Assistant in Nottingham for a 10‑month fixed term contract. You will craft content within our CMS, working closely with traders, marketers and planners to deliver compelling assets that align with Boots' visual identity.

You will manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery while adhering to design guidelines and processes. A degree or apprenticeship in digital production or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have CMS experience; experience with Adobe Experience Manager preferred.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• High attention to detail; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Photoshop.
• Degree-level education or apprenticeship in copy/editorial/design or digital/web production with relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Create quality assets and pages using our content management system, in line with our Boots UI/UX guidelines.
• Collaborate with trading, marketing and planning teams to fulfil briefs.
• Ensure assets follow the Boots Visual Identity and are integrated with marketing campaigns.
• Work with the project management workflow tool to ensure on-time delivery; right first time.
