Job summary

AGS Airport is seeking a Digital Transformation Owner – Customer Platforms to lead the strategy and delivery of our customer-facing digital products across Glasgow, Aberdeen and Southampton airports. You will manage roadmaps, governance, and supplier relationships to drive measurable commercial and customer outcomes.

The role requires strong Agile delivery and experience with Salesforce CRM, CMS and eCommerce platforms, stabilising platforms and enabling self-service across channels.

Qualifications

• Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience in digital, technology, business, product management, or related discipline.
• Experience managing enterprise SaaS platforms and customer-facing digital products.
• Proven product lifecycle ownership, roadmaps and backlog prioritisation.
• Experience with third-party suppliers, agencies and SaaS vendors.
• Strong understanding of Agile, analytics, reporting and information security fundamentals.
• Ongoing professional development in digital product ownership, CRM/eCommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own the lifecycle management of AGS customer-facing digital products including websites and eCommerce.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps, prioritised backlogs and optimisation plans.
• Translate customer, commercial and operational needs into epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Lead delivery of eCommerce, CMS and front-end initiatives with supplier engagement.
• Act as technology product owner for Salesforce and related platforms with governance and data quality.
• Track benefits, risks and performance across customer platforms and suppliers.
• Manage third-party suppliers through reviews, SLAs and escalation management.
• Ensure compliance with technology standards, cybersecurity, GDPR and resilience requirements.
• Collaborate across Commercial, Marketing, CX, Operations, Technology, Data and suppliers.
