You’ll define the vision and translate both user and business needs into a product roadmap, collaborating with agile teams to deliver real impact.

Key responsibilities:

• Own and prioritise the digital product backlog
• Translate user needs into clear requirements and stories
• Guide the product lifecycle from research to delivery and optimisation
• Drive agile sprints and lead stakeholder engagement
• Use research and data to shape product strategy
• Support business adoption through effective communication and change management
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies

What we're looking for:

• Agile/Scrum experience, preferably as a Product Owner
• Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder engagement skills
• End-to-end product delivery experience
• Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset
• Analytical and data-informed decision-making ability
• Collaborative, curious, and adaptive mindset
