Job summary

Allstate NI is seeking a Digital Product Manager within the Architecture Compute and Engineering (ACE) division. You will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of one or more digital products, aligning with customer needs and strategic goals.

The role blends strategic thinking with technical understanding and business acumen. Ideal candidates are strategic thinkers with strong communication skills, capable of driving product success in a fast-paced, cloud‑focused environment.

Qualifications

• Legal right to work in the UK; Allstate cannot sponsor for this position.
• 3+ years as Digital Product Manager (Senior) or 4+ Lead or 5+ Expert level.
• Product experience in End User, Network, Compute, or Platform as a Service.
• Experience in cloud, networking, identity and access management, infrastructure as code, automation or data.
• Proven delivery across multiple Agile release cycles with Jira/ADO.
• Experience working with engineering, UX/UI and business stakeholders to deliver initiatives.
• Evidence of communicating product vision and roadmaps to multi‑level stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy for digital products.
• Decompose problems and prioritize backlogs for the Product Team.
• Engage in discovery and validate assumptions quickly.
• Represent voice of the customer and understand needs and habits.
• Define and monitor metrics to inform product strategy.
• Create, test, and accept user stories.
• Contribute to product roadmap across multiple products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new digital products.
• Maintain a product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Monitor product performance using analytics and drive data‑driven decisions.
