Job summary

Edrington is seeking a Digital Product Manager to lead one or more digital products, shaping strategy and growth for our digital platforms in a dynamic, consumer-focused environment.

You will drive end-to-end delivery using Scrum/Kanban, align business needs with technology constraints, and manage a small product team. Hybrid working is offered with strong emphasis on collaboration and innovation.

Qualifications

• Degree in technology-related field (or equivalent experience).
• Agile/Product Owner certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day management of one or more digital products and contribute to strategic direction and growth of digital platforms.
• Maintain Product Roadmap translating business needs into a deliverable plan.
• Coordinate end-to-end delivery via Scrum/Kanban; facilitate ceremonies; track scope/schedule/quality.
• Translate business needs and user journeys into backlog items; support non-functional requirements and success measures; prepare UAT scenarios.
• Lead conversations to ensure appropriate technical solutions; identify and mitigate risks.
• Manage internal technical development resource; facilitate Sprint ceremonies; adhere to Agile delivery.
• Ensure artefacts and standards are maintained; contribute to budgeting and quarterly planning; track spend vs plan.
• Provide regular contributions to continuous improvement of team processes.
