As a Digital Learning Consultant, you will coach and mentor learners working towards their apprenticeship qualifications, ensuring their success and timely achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coach and support learners through their Digital Product Management apprenticeship
• Collaborate with internal Learning Specialists and course developers to ensure learners meet their programme deadlines
• Provide detailed written feedback on learning activities and goal progress
• Support learners online across various modules, helping them apply skills to their current roles

About You:

• Recent industry experience as a Digital Product Manager
• Excellent research and analytical skills
• Deep knowledge of product management principles
• Ability to analyze business structures and objectives
• Familiarity with current product management methodologies
• Understanding of the product delivery lifecycle
• Ability to mentor and coach learners effectively
• Organized approach with capacity to handle a large caseload
• Strong written communication skills for feedback and data recording
