Job description

Digital Product Designer

Location: London

WHO WE ARE

Accenture Song is the tech-powered creative hub within Accenture. We are a fusion of over 40 world-renowned acquisitions (from Fjord and Karmarama to Droga5 and Work & Co) continuing the design studio mentality, both creatively and culturally. We think and create across industry, for brands and businesses inspiring change – our impact is evolving the way people live, bank, shop, work, and travel. Today, our practices span Commerce, Service, Marketing and Design & Digital Products. And our team is shaped by over 65 of the sharpest creative and strategic minds in the industry, collaborating to accelerate ideas into reality.

YOUR ROLE

As a Digital Product Designer within our Design & Digital Products team, you’ll support the creation of thoughtful, brand‑led digital experiences while developing a strong foundation in product design and design systems. Working alongside Product Designers, Strategists, Service Designers, Content Designers and Developers, you’ll contribute to the delivery of scalable, consistent digital products — learning how design decisions move from concept through to implementation. A key part of the role will involve contributing to and working within design systems, helping ensure quality, consistency and efficiency across digital experiences. You’ll begin to build confidence in how components, patterns and tokens come together to support multiple products and brands.

You’ll bring curiosity, enthusiasm and a desire to grow your craft — learning from others, asking questions, and gradually taking on more responsibility as your confidence develops. Our team is made up of people from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, and we believe that inclusivity and collaboration lead to better design outcomes.

Years of Experience

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in digital product design.

  • Experience contributing across multiple phases of the design process — research, concepting, UX, and UI.

  • Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Design or a related field.

Craft

  • Contribute to end‑to‑end product design — from research and ideation through to UX flows, wireframes, and UI design.

  • Create clear, well‑considered design artefacts: flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI screens.

  • Contribute to and work within design systems, maintaining consistency and quality.

  • Apply accessibility guidelines and inclusive design principles to your work.

  • Prototype ideas at appropriate fidelity to support decision‑making and testing.

Project

  • Support the design lead in delivering a workstream end to end with quality and pace.

  • Collaborate actively with researchers, engineers, content designers, and strategists.

  • Manage your own time and output effectively within project timelines.

Client

  • Engage professionally with client teams, building confidence and trust through your work.

  • Present design thinking clearly and invite feedback constructively.

  • Begin to develop an understanding of client context, business goals, and user needs.

Skillset

  • Solid product design portfolio demonstrating growing range and quality of craft.

  • Proficiency in Figma; growing knowledge of the broader design toolchain.

  • Understanding of user research methods and how to apply findings to design decisions.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in Agile or iterative delivery environments.

  • Attentive to detail — in both visual craft and interaction logic.

  • Good written and verbal communication skills.

Portfolio Requirement

Applications without a design portfolio demonstrating craft quality, process, and relevant experience will not be considered.

What's in it for You

  • In addition to a competitive salary package, you will benefit from an extensive rewards offering including 25 days' annual leave, private medical insurance, and 3 additional days' leave per year for charitable work of your choice.

Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role. There will be a requirement to spend meaningful time on‑site with clients, partners, and teams to enable delivery of the first‑class experiences we are known for.

Some clients require background checks. You will need to complete a Baseline Personal Security Standard (BPSS) to confirm your identity, criminal record, right to work and residency.

Comfortable with hybrid working. Every project is different, but we love our team to be in the studio and in our client's office to work collaboratively.

Accenture is an equal opportunities employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
