Job summary

SSE plc is seeking a Product Analyst focused on Digital to shape the direction of our digital products. You will collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and delivery leads to ensure the development, implementation, and optimization of Digital solutions.

You will analyze business requirements and data integrations, work with cross-functional teams to integrate products into existing systems, and use Agile methods to deliver.

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of data and API integration, including Databricks Lakehouse, Unity Catalogue, and Delta Share.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Business Process Mapping.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban practices.
• Proficiency with data/analytics tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps, Miro, and Microsoft 365.
• Strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders in business and technical domains.
• Energy sector knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Conduct requirements analysis and define clear specifications with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineers, data teams and delivery leads to integrate products into existing systems.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to refine features and drive continuous improvement.
• Deliver products using Agile methodologies and manage backlogs with Product Owners.
• Identify gaps and propose improvements to business processes and systems.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure timely product delivery.
