Job summary

Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Joint Digital Business Services Manager - Provisioning. Based at Haylock House, RCI, Kettering, this Band 7 role leads the Provisioning team to coordinate technology procurement across NHFT and partner sites.

You will oversee onboarding for new technology, maintain accurate financial information and ensure compliant, customer-focused service. Regular travel to other Trust sites, including Leicester, is required.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical, planning, negotiation and communication skills.
• Sound knowledge of procurement and finance.
• Ability to build relationships and deliver customer-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Provisioning team across two Trusts and coordinate technology procurement activities.
• Ensure orders comply with procurement legislation and financial controls.
• Monitor expenditure and produce accurate forecasts.
• Assess supplier pricing, licensing, warranties and whole-life costs.
• Provide training and deputise for the Joint Head of Digital Business Services when required.
