As the Digital Process Manager, you will be responsible for managing risks related to processes, assessing and preparing for impacts of change, and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Tech, Operations, and other business areas to ensure customer interactions on digital platforms deliver positive outcomes.
You will ensure digital processes are well managed with effective controls, monitored properly, and that change impacts are managed appropriately. This involves working across the business with various stakeholders involved in delivering effective digital customer journeys.
This is a permanent role based in Nottingham, with a hybrid working model: in-office 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thu) and flexible work options on Mon and Fri.
