Digital Process Lead
About this role

As the Digital Process Manager, you will be responsible for managing risks related to processes, assessing and preparing for impacts of change, and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement. You will collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Tech, Operations, and other business areas to ensure customer interactions on digital platforms deliver positive outcomes.

What you’ll do

You will ensure digital processes are well managed with effective controls, monitored properly, and that change impacts are managed appropriately. This involves working across the business with various stakeholders involved in delivering effective digital customer journeys.

Specifically, you’ll be expected to…
  • Establish practices for managing daily activities related to your processes, including reviewing process health, tracking progress on initiatives, and prioritizing improvements.
  • Understand your process thoroughly and proactively identify and mitigate risks by mapping business processes, understanding risks, and implementing controls that are continuously improved.
  • Collaborate with the process management community to enhance interactions between digital and operational processes for better customer outcomes.
  • Work with the broader business to ensure new functionalities or significant changes to digital platforms are implemented with robust controls, clear ownership, and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor key results and critical quality metrics, share insights with stakeholders, and adjust your roadmap as needed.

  • Experience in process management, preferably in a regulated industry.
  • Strong attention to detail regarding key processes, systems, and technology.
  • Experience in risk management and control building.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders to make critical business decisions.
  • A commitment to continuous learning through training and knowledge sharing to develop innovative solutions.
  • Good decision-making skills, with a balanced approach and strong customer focus.

This is a permanent role based in Nottingham, with a hybrid working model: in-office 3 days a week (Tues, Wed, Thu) and flexible work options on Mon and Fri.
