Job summary

NHS Grampian invites applications for a Digital GMS / Pharmacy Facilitator to support digital systems across General Practice and Community Pharmacy within Primary Care. The role focuses on education, change management, project management and end-user facilitation.

You will help clinical and admin teams maximise benefits from GP digital tools, provide training, plan implementations and resolve issues, contributing to improved patient care through data-led digital solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience using digital systems within General Practice.
• Experience managing or implementing digital change at work.
• Degree level or equivalent experience in General Practice.
• Knowledge of GP clinical systems in Primary Care.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Driver with a full UK/EU licence.
• Ability to travel between sites in Grampian.

Responsibilities

• Advise on business process changes to maximize use of IT systems.
• Promote quality improvement through clinical data and digital solutions.
• Plan and implement new or existing end-user applications.
• Provide end-user training via TEAMS sessions/workshops.
• Investigate issues and support users through resolution.
