Job summary

Frieze is seeking a temporary Digital Platform Coordinator to support the delivery of its digital exhibitor platforms during one of the busiest periods of the fair calendar. Location options include remote or London.

You will manage day-to-day operational delivery of gallery content across Frieze Viewing Room and On View, assist exhibitors through onboarding, and coordinate platform launches ensuring content is accurate and delivered on schedule across multiple international art fairs.

Qualifications

  • Understanding of digital product delivery and website operations.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and prepare Frieze Viewing Room for each fair.
  • Set up fair records, sections and platform content.
  • Coordinate gallery onboarding and account setup.
  • Support galleries throughout registration and content submission.
  • Generate QR codes and prepare the platform for launch.
  • Coordinate Curated Picks and launch readiness with internal teams.
  • Monitor platform content during live periods and resolve operational issues.
  • Manage gallery listings on frieze.com.
  • Create and maintain gallery profiles.
  • Assign galleries to the correct fair sections.
  • Update stand numbers and exhibitor information.
  • Publish and unpublish listings as required.
  • Monitor imagery and content quality across the platform.
  • Coordinate between Digital, Exhibitor Relations, Content and Design teams.
  • Raise and track platform requests with the Digital team where new functionality or configuration is required.
  • Carry out quality assurance checks before launches.

Digital Platform Coordinator
Location: Remote or London

This is a Temporary contract position that will be required to start as soon as possible through to November/December 2026 (subject to business requirements).

Frieze is seeking a temporary Digital Platform Coordinator to support the delivery of its digital exhibitor platforms during one of the busiest periods of the fair calendar.

Working across Frieze Viewing Room and On View, you will manage the day-to-day operational delivery of gallery content, support exhibitors throughout the onboarding process, coordinate platform launches and ensure digital content is accurate, complete and delivered on schedule across multiple international art fairs.

This role works closely with the Digital, Exhibitor Relations, Design and Content teams and is ideally suited to someone with strong digital operations, CMS and stakeholder management experience.
