About
Our team of hundreds of skilled experts keeps Formula 1 moving. We’re looking for a Digital Operations Lead! The main purpose of this role is to lead the Digital Operations team, working closely with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders, on all elements of BAU, change, incident, and race weekend operations for F1's Digital products.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies for operations across F1 digital properties.
  2. Manage the daily activities of Operations Managers and Analysts.
  3. Provide technical insights on incidents and changes impacting digital properties.
  4. Ensure services are delivered with high quality and availability, working with partners to identify root causes and develop improvement plans.
  5. Act as a point of escalation for digital issues during a subset of race weekends.
  6. Collaborate with Technology and Product teams to prioritize service improvement initiatives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
  • Degree or relevant industry experience.
  • Professional certifications related to service management.
  • Experience with large audience consumer-facing products.
  • Comfortable managing incident scenarios.
  • People management experience.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive approach to work.
Desirable Skills & Qualifications
  • Computer Science or Software Engineering qualifications.
  • Knowledge of cloud networks (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Background in technical/non-functional testing or operational support.
