About the role
This role focuses on managing and enhancing the company's digital marketing efforts in the UK. Key responsibilities include:
This role aims to leverage digital channels to grow market presence and sales in the UK while delivering measurable ROI across various digital platforms.
Manage and qualify agencies, digital agencies, influencers, digital media, and CRM systems to support the company’s brand development in the UK, aiming to increase brand awareness and reputation.
Report to and collaborate with the Head of Marketing and HQ to ensure alignment with global strategies.
Track brand health and conduct brand surveys to optimise brand-building strategies in the UK.
Define target markets for various segments and portfolios, exploring and gaining deep insights into market opportunities.
Develop and implement promotional strategies and customer loyalty programmes.
Ensure the compliance of images and control of processes.
Develop and execute brand CRM strategies.
Develop strategies to increase conversion rates in digital sales through the company’s dealer network.
Monitor lead generation results at the distributor and national levels.
Media Buying:
Implement media buying aligned with brand & sales targets, optimise ROI, and analyse UK advertising trends. Plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across internal/external digital media.
CRM Management:
Manage the CRM system, effectively route leads to dealers, track progress, and leverage CRM insights for marketing strategies. Track and evaluate the performance of digital campaigns.
