Avenir Collective in Holborn, London, seeks a Digital & Motion Designer to bring ambitious brand stories to life. You will craft motion graphics, video content and campaign assets across social, ecommerce and digital touchpoints, ensuring every piece is on-brand and platform-native.

The role combines hands-on production with system-building, collaborating with Brand, Growth and Product teams. You should have 3–6 years in digital motion design, a strong portfolio, and expertise in After Effects,

Qualifications

• 3–6 years in digital and motion design, in-house or agency.
• Portfolio showing motion, video and digital work across platforms.
• Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Figma: motion handoff, templates and design systems.
• Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience with AI tools in production workflow.

Responsibilities

• Create motion graphics, animations and video content across social, paid, ecommerce and digital platforms.
• Build and maintain brand systems, guidelines and Figma templates across multiple brands.
• Execute 360 campaign creative across social, paid, email, retail and trade.
• Own end-to-end short-form video production: shoot support, edit, grade and delivery.
• Build reusable motion template libraries in After Effects and Figma per brand.
• Translate brand creative into digital-first, platform-native formats.
• Produce assets across ratios: 9:16, 1:1, 16:9 and beyond.
• Art direct on-set content capture for product and lifestyle shoots.
• Use AI video and image tools as part of daily production workflow; research trends with Claude/ChatGPT.
