Job summary

Nextech Group in Warwickshire is seeking a Digital Motion Designer to craft performance-driven digital assets in a hybrid role. You’ll own the creative execution from concept to final asset, delivering motion content and landing page concepts that convert.

You will use Figma, After Effects or Premiere Pro, Framer or Webflow, and stay ahead with AI-enabled workflows to speed up delivery while maintaining high visual polish.

Qualifications

• Standout portfolio showing strong digital design, motion/animation and campaign ideation.
• Expert-level Figma skills plus strong After Effects and/or Premiere Pro.
• Experience with Framer or Webflow (a strong advantage).
• Full-funnel design thinking - from social ad through to landing page.
• A natural interest in AI tools and modern design tech to speed up your workflow.
• Pride in craft, layout, typography and visual polish.

Responsibilities

• Concepting and executing fresh campaign creative from brief to final asset.
• Designing polished motion graphics, animated social ads and digital campaign content.
• Building wireframes and high-fidelity landing page concepts in Figma, Framer or Webflow.
