Job summary

Swansway Motor Group in Carlisle is seeking a proactive Digital Merchandiser to join our team. You will maintain online showroom standards, photograph vehicles, and craft accurate descriptions while coordinating with the Sales Manager and Marketing team.

No prior experience is required as we provide full training. The ideal candidate will have a full UK driving licence, excellent written and verbal communication, meticulous attention to detail, and strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Organising the merchandising schedule for vehicles and ensuring fast turnaround across new and used stock

• Capturing high-quality vehicle photographs and video content in a timely manner
• Creating unique and compelling vehicle descriptions across advertising platforms
• Creating engaging social media content

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone keen to start their career in the automotive sector, who has a real passion for the automotive industry specifically the Audi brand, offering the opportunity to photograph and learn even more about Audi passenger vehicles.

This Digital Merchandiser role focuses on maintaining our online showroom standards, ensuring our vehicles are presented impeccably. You will work under the guidance of the Sales Manager and coordinate with the central Marketing Team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Organising the merchandising schedule for our vehicles and ensuring sufficient speed to merchandise across new and used stock
• Working with the valeting team to ensure all vehicles are photo-ready
• Capturing high-quality vehicle photographs and video content in a timely manner
• Creating unique and compelling vehicle descriptions across our advertising platforms
• Create engaging social media content
