You will lead a team of campaign strategists, partner with creative and technology teams, and use data to improve performance for multiple platforms such as Meta, TikTok and YouTube.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience in digital marketing, ideally within the music or entertainment industry.
• Agency experience, with a track record of managing client relationships.
• Understanding paid media and performance marketing, particularly Meta.
• Experience leading, mentoring or developing a team.
• Data-led and commercially minded, with focus on both performance and growth.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.

The Role

• Lead, support and develop a growing team of digital marketing campaign strategists
