VP of Marketing - Prime Insights | App Growth

About the role:

In the past two years, we’ve launched several successful apps in the Market Research vertical, achieving strong performance across multiple markets.

We’re looking for a driven and innovative Digital Marketing Associate to join our User Acquisition team and lead campaigns for online survey traffic globally. This is a critical role that directly impacts our growth by sourcing and managing performance-based partnerships across affiliate, influencer, email, in-app, rewarded, and co-registration channels.

The ideal candidate brings experience in campaign management, sourcing, planning, and analysis — preferably with a background in survey offers or Market Research traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize global user acquisition campaigns focused on online surveys
  • Research, contact, and establish relationships with traffic partners: affiliate networks, content creators, emailers, coreg, display, in-app, and rewarded media
  • Monitor performance metrics daily to ensure volume, quality, and ROAS targets are consistently met
  • Take a data-driven approach to fraud prevention and campaign quality control
  • Conduct media planning and manage a monthly USD acquisition budget
  • Approve and manage campaign tracking via platforms like HasOffers and Adjust
  • Analyze campaign data and KPIs to inform decisions and optimize results
  • Stay ahead of market trends and maintain a sharp eye on competitors

Required skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing, UA, or media buying
  • Market Research or survey campaign experience is a strong plus
  • Solid understanding of MMPs and tracking platforms (Adjust, HasOffers)
  • Strong analytical mindset — you enjoy working with data and performance goals
  • Interest in advertising, affiliate, and mobile app marketing trends
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and well-organized
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
