Digital Marketing Specialist - Engines Division
We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Engines Division. You will be responsible for digital and communication marketing, strategic coordination, and ensuring outstanding communication to our distributor network and wider customer base. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, with a hybrid working model.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing content for Dealer Portal Kubota Engine Park (KEP), ensuring it is current and well-presented
- Managing campaigns aligned with overall marketing strategies
- Analyzing website and event data to generate leads
- Building relationships with industry publications for editorial and advertising opportunities
- Executing local marketing campaigns across UK, French, Italian, Spanish, Benelux, and Scandinavian markets
- Coordinating with agencies to create assets for online and offline marketing, including press releases and social media content
- Creating engaging website content, including news and case studies
- Collaborating with technical staff and sales teams for content creation
- Managing digital video production, from planning to promotion
- Overseeing regional social media content and analytics
- Developing content plans for target audiences
- Supporting design workflows using Adobe tools like InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Reporting on marketing and PR activities
- Organizing trade shows, including stand design and travel arrangements
- Performing basic marketing administrative duties
- Assisting the Marketing Manager and senior team with meetings, minutes, and presentations
Skills and experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications (or equivalent)
- Experience in B2B marketing
- Understanding of marketing principles
- SEO experience is desirable
- Proficiency with Adobe software (Photoshop, InDesign) is desirable
- Strong IT skills, good numeracy, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and confidentiality skills
- Second language is a plus
- Self-motivated with the ability to meet high standards and deadlines
- Proactive planning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Willingness to travel within the UK and Europe, requiring a valid driver's license and passport
